With all of our recent product releases over the past few months, there’s never been a better time to take another look at how Jobble can support your hiring needs. We’re always working to improve our product, and sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all the updates, so we made it a little easier for you. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new on our platform!
Getting quality applicants to your job posting is crucial to your job’s success. In the past, Jobblers had the opportunity to answer why they were a good fit for the role. But for many of you, this wasn’t enough. So we built Custom Application Questions. With this new feature, you can ask up to 10 of your own questions to better identify the best candidates for your positions.
If we were posting a demo specialist position for example, we would ask candidates questions like:
These questions allow you to qualify applicants on the fly so you can spend your time on more important things, like running your company.
Being a platform that focuses on flexible work means providing an endless well of on-demand opportunities for our Jobblers. That’s why we’ve recently partnered with dozens of job boards to keep all of our users constantly engaged on the app. Since releasing partner posts in April, we’ve seen a significant boost in applicants, fill rates and an across-the-board engagement increase of 84 percent! This approach maximizes exposure, widens the potential pool of qualified applicants and helps to ensure the best fit between employee and the employer.
Better communication is the solution to almost all staffing problems, and real-time communication is essential for on-demand hiring. When we released Jobble Messenger in July last year, we really didn’t realize how popular it would become. Over the past three months alone, people have sent over 2.4 million messages! With all this back and forth though, it can be tough for customers to stay up-to-date on all of their conversations. With our newest addition of cross-platform notifications, you’ll get a push notification and email in real-time every time you receive a new message on our platform so you never miss a message again.
Hiring flexible workers means having a flexible way to pay them. If you’re running an event that goes from Monday to Friday, you wouldn’t want to wait until Friday to pay the people who worked Monday. With Pay-Per-Shift, you can now process payments by shift rather than waiting to complete an entire job. This gives hiring managers the flexibility to pay in a way that works best for them.
While it’s not a “feature”, our nationwide community has grown to over 85,000 active Jobblers!
