Server Position Summary
We seek a restaurant server that knows how to handle guests’ needs. We want someone that takes pride in ensuring guests’ expectations are met and exceeded. Our ideal server will be a dynamic ambassador. We expect you to be comfortable taking orders, presenting offerings, pre-busing, and busing tables.
Our team expects you to follow an “all hands in, all hands out” approach. Servers are expected to help in other areas at a moment’s notice. We value an individual who can multi-task and stay focused. Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and you must be sure not to neglect the needs of customers, colleagues, and the restaurant. We are looking for an excellent communicator, an active listener, and someone with a friendly demeanor. Personal hygiene and the cleanliness of our restaurant are priorities that we enforce.
Server Tasks and Duties
- Take Orders and Present Food
- Greet Every Customer as Your Own
- Abide by Sanitation Rules and Procedures
- Communicate Food and Drink Knowledge
- Arrive to Work on Time for Scheduled Shifts
- Present Checks and Handle Payments
- Properly Handle Guests’ Requests and Concerns
- Pitch-in and Help Your Colleagues
Background and Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED Certificate (preferred)
- Experience Handling Cash and Various Forms of Payment
- Willingness to Learn and Grow
- Some Serving and/or Restaurant Experience
- Ability to Remain Positive and Friendly
- Commitment to Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene

- Black non-slip shoes
- All black service outfit – no sleeveless tops, black jeans or leggings
